We reply within 1–2 business days. If you haven't heard back after that, check your spam folder — our reply occasionally gets filtered. We don't use automated responses for support.
After your order is confirmed, sign in to My Library on this site using the Sign In button at the top of the page. Your planner will appear there with an Open Planner button.
The planner opens as a webpage in your browser — no download, no installation, no app required. The first time you open it, you'll enter your email address and receive a 6-digit code by email. Enter the code and you're in.
Every subsequent login is the same: email → 6-digit code → your planner, with all your entries exactly as you left them.
No password needed. THRESHOLD uses a passwordless login: enter your email, receive a 6-digit code, enter the code. That's it. The code expires after 10 minutes — if you don't use it in time, just request a new one.
There's nothing to set up and no account to create in advance. The first time you log in is identical to every login after that. Your email address is what links you to your entries — use the same one every time.
This system means there's no password to forget, no account to lose access to, and your entries are always recoverable as long as you have access to the email address you purchased with.
Check your spam or junk folder first — login codes are sometimes filtered, particularly by Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo accounts.
Wait 2–3 minutes before trying again — delivery can occasionally take a moment depending on your email provider. If nothing has arrived after 5 minutes, click "Resend code" on the login screen.
Make sure you're entering the same email you used when purchasing. If you placed your order with a different address, try that one instead.
If you've tried both and still can't get in, email us at hello@thresholdplanners.com with your order number and we'll get you access within one business day.
Yes — fully. Your entries are saved to your account, not to any specific device or browser. You can open your planner on your laptop, tablet, or phone — in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or any other browser — and your entries will be there.
Log in with the same email on any device. The 6-digit code process is identical regardless of where you're logging in from. You can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.
Changes you make on one device appear on all others within seconds.
This almost always means you're not currently logged in, or your session has expired. Click the login button on the planner screen and enter the email you used when you purchased — once you're signed in, your entries will reappear exactly as you left them.
If you used a different email the first time you set up your planner, use that one instead. Your entries are tied to whichever email address you logged in with on day one.
If you're logged in with the right email and still seeing a blank planner, email us at hello@thresholdplanners.com with your order number. We can check what email your account is linked to and restore access.
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from orders@thresholdplanners.com. Outlook and Hotmail accounts filter this most often.
To access your planner, you don't need the confirmation email — sign in directly at My Library using the email address you used to purchase, and your planner will be there.
If you'd like a copy of your receipt or can't locate your order, email us at hello@thresholdplanners.com with your name and purchase email — we'll confirm and resend within one business day.
The PDF version is a static document — it can be printed and filled by hand, or filled digitally using a PDF app.
For desktop: download Adobe Acrobat Reader (free at adobe.com) for the best fill-in experience. Fields are clickable and text saves within the file when you use File → Save.
For iPad: GoodNotes or Notability work well. Import the PDF into either app and write or type directly onto the pages. You can also use an Apple Pencil for handwriting.
For printing: open in Acrobat Reader → File → Print → set paper to Letter or A4, margins to None. Enable Background Graphics in More Settings so the dark module pages print correctly.
Note: most browser PDF viewers (Safari's built-in viewer, Chrome's PDF viewer) don't reliably save fill-in entries. Download and open in Acrobat Reader for digital use.
Two settings fix most printing issues:
Margins: set to None or Minimum in the print dialogue. Default browser margins crop the edges of the planner pages.
Background graphics: enable this in More Settings (Chrome) or Advanced (Firefox). Without it, dark module divider pages print white instead of showing the dark background and white text.
The planners are built at Letter size (8.5×11 inches). If you're printing to A4, the browser will scale automatically — this is normal and the content remains readable. Scale can also be manually adjusted in the print dialogue if needed.

Most pre-purchase questions are answered in the FAQ section on each product page — including who the planner is for, how the login system works, and what happens if it isn't right for you.
If your question isn't there, email us at hello@thresholdplanners.com. We'll give you a straight answer, not a pitch.
You can also try the free companion tool for whichever planner you're considering — it's a complete, functional tool available with no purchase needed, so you can see exactly how we work before committing.
The interactive planner uses semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive elements — it has basic screen reader support. The PDF version is tagged for basic accessibility.
If you need a specific accessibility accommodation or want to check whether the planner will work for your setup before purchasing, email us at hello@thresholdplanners.com and we'll give you a direct answer.
