No. Patient data stays on the patient's device and in their personal cloud sync (if they choose to enable it). We do not share, aggregate, or access patient data. The Provider Report is generated by the patient and shared with you at their discretion — by printing it or showing it on their device during an appointment.
Validated screening tools including the PHQ-9 (depression), EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale), and GAD-7 (generalised anxiety) are embedded directly into relevant planners with auto-scoring and clinical threshold guidance.
