Confidence isn't certainty. And you're the one who knows your situation. So if a planner isn't right for you — for any reason at all — we will refund you in full within 30 days of purchase.

What the guarantee covers

What's covered
Every THRESHOLD planner purchase is covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — the format doesn't work for you, the content isn't what you expected, it isn't the right tool for where you are right now, or any other reason — you can request a full refund.

No conditions. No questions.
We do not ask you to explain why the planner didn't work for you. We do not require you to have used a certain amount of it. We do not ask for the files back. The only condition is that you request your refund within 30 days of purchase. Everything else is on us.

Digital products and trust.
Because THRESHOLD planners are digital downloads, we cannot reclaim them the way a physical product can be returned. We offer this guarantee on the basis of trust — we trust that you're not requesting a refund in bad faith, and we want you to trust that we stand behind what we build. If the planner didn't work for you, we also want to know why. Honest feedback about what isn't right informs what we build next.

Refund timeline.
We process refund requests within 2–3 business days of receiving your email. The amount is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account — this is outside our control but we'll let you know when we've processed it on our end.

The downloaded files are yours regardless of the refund outcome. We don't ask for them back and have no way to reclaim them.

The 30-day guarantee exists because we believe in the tools we build and we want you to be able to verify that belief without financial risk. It is not a sales tactic. It is a statement about the standard we hold ourselves to.

If you use the planner and it isn't right for your situation, we want to know. Not to challenge the refund — that will be processed regardless. But because every honest piece of feedback about what isn't working goes into what we build next.
